Ad supported hulu account suspended even though have premium

I got a new bank card and before I could update my spotify account with the new number, spotify temporarily suspended my account (literally within hours of getting hte new card). When I connected to Hulu, my free ad-supported Hulu account has now also been suspended and I cannot resubscribe. Can anyone fix this for me??

I had the same issue. I just talked to Support and was told there is no way to add Hulu back since the promotion had ended but to be patient while (if?) Spotify works on a new deal with Hulu. I then canceled my premium. Terrible customer service to cancel a subscription the first time a payment fails. I’ve always received an email notice and app alert to update info when necessary before they cancel the subscription.
