Add Equalizer in Spotify

Sorry, but none of those have equalizers except for the Samsung Galaxy. You can't choose anything nor do anything to make it appear, but it might be a feature implemented in a future version of Spotify.

If you cannot wait for this feature, there is an unofficial addon called Equalify. It adds a 10 band equalizer to Spotify. You can find it here:

If that doesn't work, there is an application called Viper4Android that essentially does the same thing. If those two still don't work, there are a lot of other applications that do the same thing.
