After 5 attempts I can't connect my partner to the Duo tariff

After 5 attempts I can't connect my partner to the Duo tariff

I have activated the Duo tariff and want to add my husband. I register it, indicate exactly the same address as mine: "********************" but gives an error: "Sorry, the partner cannot live at a different address". What kind of nonsense? I'm tired of it! I'm trying for the 5th time to connect his account and it doesn't work. First payment coming soon. Why pay me even if there are problems with connecting!?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. We've removed your address since this is a public forum, we hope you don't mind. 

 

First off, we'd recommend that you make sure that the country set on your husband's account matches the one on your account (since you're the plan owner). Your husband can double check that on his account page. Keep in mind that Premium Duo is a discounted plan for two people, who live together at the same address. If you live together - your husband should be able to join your plan. 

 

We'd also suggest that you check your address on your account page, send the invitation link again and make sure that your husband is typing the address correctly.


Tip: We usually recommend using an incognito window when accepting the invite as it doesn't keep that info saved.
