All Playlists Wiped and Possible Account Hack

Please help!
I have been using Spotify in the offline mode for the last week as I was fed up of having other users names appear whilst online and asking me if I wanted to control their device (this I get when using the train to work and in itself sounds like a design flaw). So the only way I can use Spotify in crowded areas is to close Spotify put my iPhone in Aeroplane mode launch Spotify, go into offline mode and then back into settings on my phone and come back out of aeroplane mode (which is very frustrating)!
So having come back online tonight I have now found that my all my playlists have been wiped and replaced by some other playlists that have nothing to do with me.
Nothing is synced offline and I am now extremely annoyed as I listen to music everyday and it will take weeks to try and build up the playlists and music I had from memory!
There seems to be other posts similar to mine and I would like to know if there has been a security breach and password details accessed as this looks like a mass hack to me.
Please restore my faith in Spotify as right now I am considering stopping my subscription and moving to one of your competitors!

Found the issue. Somehow my neighbours PS4 was using my account.
Have logged in on my computer, changed my password, removed an android device off of my account! And found the restore playlist options in the settings menu.
Normality returned and my commute to work tomorrow will now be much happier.
