All my playlist was deleted.

Hi, today happened something very strange, I was playing music in my Android app, suddenly it stopped, when I went to check, I realized that was opened a notice telling me that other device was playing music with my Spotify account. I didn't knew this device and neither I didn't open it in any other device. My biggest surprise was when I went to play a playlist and nothing showed up. Neither my playlist and no playlists that I was following. Please help me!!! I don't wanna think that my account was hacked or that spotify deleted my playlist by error and neither intentionally.

It does sound like someone else is using your account. First thing you should do is go to your account page and sign out of everywhere. Next change your password by clicking the change password tab on the left side. After this click the recover playlists on the left side and click on all the playlists you would like to get back.
