All my saved music and playlists have disapeared. (Minhas músicas salvas e playlists desapareceram)

All my saved music and playlists have disapeared. (Minhas músicas salvas e playlists desapareceram)

I don't know if it has to do with a new iPhone synchronization, but all my years longs elections are gone. I'm really desperate!

Não sei se tem a ver com a sincronização de um novo iPhone que comprei, mas todas as minhas seleções de anos despareceream. Estou bem desesperado!

Hey @mig9h,

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

  • If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
  • If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
  • If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

Thank you for your answer Maxim!

I’ve just checked all my three e-mail inboxes and only one of them has messages from Spotify.

So I passed to step two of your help.

I got into my spotify account with all options you told me to:
- With my facebook account.
- With my original username
- With my e-mail address.

All three lead me to the same spotify interface (account). And my playlists are not there. Neither are the music I save.

😞

Can you figure out another solution?

Best!

Michel Gomes

Hey @mig9h,

Can you please log into a different device to see if you're able to see your playlists and saved songs?

Also, if you believe that your playlists were deleted, check out this support article that explains how you can recover them: https://support.spotify.com/article/can-i-recover-a-deleted-playlist/.

No, it has not been solved yet. Unfortunatlly!

My account is being used by someone else. A hacker, a mistake or any other problem. But it someone whot listen to frech RAP.

It changes “by itself” my currently listening device to a PS4 Console. I don’t even have one of those.

It happenned one day I was listening to my music and it suddenly changed to one these frecha RAPs.

Hope you or someone else at Spotify helps me!

I’m very upset.

Lost all my playlist, selected music, artists and friends who I follow

Sorry Maxim, I only saw your second answer now.

I've tried already logging in using my computer, my current iphone and my previous iphone. And they all have this problem.

Isn't there a way to recover my account as it was before instead of recovering only my playlists manually through tha link you gave me ?(https://support.spotify.com/article/can-i-recover-a-deleted-playlist/.)

I'm amazed to what happened to my account? How can someone log in to the someone else's account and then erase it all?

Please reach out to Support so they can take a closer look at your issue 🙂 Thanks!
