I was charged 9.99 for a 0.99 offer

Spotify have been sending me offers about 3 months for 0.99 and when I bought it they charged me full price 9.99. Can somebody tell me how I can reach them to get refund. Thats called a scam!

If you've had an offer like this before (including the 30-days free trial) You're not eligible for the offer you were trying to get.

I also experienced this issue. I've since looked at T's and C's which say that spotify doesn't refunds. I asked spotify for help in which concluded in me paying £9.99 for 3 months instead of the advertised £0.99.
