All my songs are gone and replaced with what appears to be someone elses

All my songs are gone and replaced with what appears to be someone elses

Like the title says all my songs are gone and replaced with someone elses. This occured after music was playing on my phone that wasn't mine on a speaker or some other device that wasn't mine.

 

My follows, playlists, and profile image are replaced as well, however, my made for me playlists are still there and reflect my previous songs and playlist choices.

 

How do I get my account back to it's previous state?

Hi there, thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

I’m sorry to hear  someone else has gained access to your Spotify account. Please check out the FAQ page ”Someone else has gained access to my account” here for the next steps to take.

 

After you secured your account, you can try to restore your previous playlists at spotify.com. Just click on your profile picture and the option will appear. But you will need to change your profile picture manually.

Hi Spotify I'm wondering why can't I find my playlist on my account no one has ever into my account just myself but all of my music is not there can Spotify help me please

This works for my playlists but what about my added songs?

That's really sad! 

I can't imagine losing all my songs! That's just terrible!

I hope it never happens to me. Just use a stronger password and be careful with your account.

Just sign out everywhere here:

https://www.spotify.com/int/account/overview/

It will get rid from anyone who has access at your account.
