All playlists gone, cannot restore them and I've added music I dont listen to.

All playlists gone, cannot restore them and I've added music I dont listen to.

And yes, I have logged into the correct account. I just opened my Spotify as usual, both on my phone and on my computer and noticed ALL my playlists are gone, and I've added music that I don't normally listen to. The Starred playlist is intact.

 

Some playlists are still there under "You Music, played recently".

 

The most frustrating thing is I cannot restore the lost playlists on the website..

 

I've changed my password and logged out all devices now but I'm not sure I've been hacked since I can't restore any playlists..?

 

 

I cannot see where I can make a ticket about this!? So very frustrating.

Hey @Ozbaab, yes you can make a support ticket by contacting Spotify support using this form:

1- choose: Technical issues.
2- choose: My playlists have disappeared.
3- click: I still need help.
then choose the date that they disappeared and write more info in the box below.

If you reply directly to that email, your message will reach one of spotify friendly agents.
