All playlists keep getting deleted

For some reason, on multiple occasions recently all of my Playlists have been deleted and replaced with 4 playlists I haven't created or followed. I've recovered my playlists via the web interface however the same issue then just happens again.

Anyone able to shed any light on why this would be happening?

I have the same issue and it's very annoying.  Also the Playlist I liked the most disappeared from recover Playlist too.
