Is there a way to block a device using your Spotify?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

Currently is not possible to choose a default device for Spotify. If you're concern about seeing unknown devices on your connect picker, this can be the Connect feature getting a bit over enthusiastic and finding a new device in close range. On the other hand, Connect will soon realize that it’s not one of your own devices and promptly remove it.

If you’re still concerned about the safety of your account or you gave someone else access to your account, we suggest you change your password and log out of all devices. Doing so will log you out of any device you’re signed in on, in order to reverify.
