Hello, I'm having trouble logging into My Account Spotify, and I can not reset the password.
When I try to enter, it appears that my data is incorrect (My account is associated with facebook)
And when I try to reset the password, says my email is not registered.
I have already sent a ticket to the support and did not answer me.

I am experiencing a similiar problem. My spotify was logged out when I restarted my computer and when I clicked on the sign in with facebook the first time it took me to facebook to login. When I hit enter it said "Spotify desktop client communication failed" which it has said every time I clicked Log in with Facebook since. The website loaded fine, but I don't want to delete the application on my Mac and loose any of my playlists.

The support answered me quickly, unfortunately it was not possible to recover the old account, but my playlists were transferred to a new account.

I am having the same error, I tried logging in on about 4 different devices. The error message either states: "An error has occurred processing your request. Please try again" or, "This email is not linked to a Spotify account" My email (leojameson17@gmail.com) is registered and has been working up to this point. I tried about 100 times to reset my password and I get a similar error message. PLEASE HELP!!!
