Another users playlists

My partner passed away trahically recently and unfortunately his mobile phone could not be saved. He used spotify all the time and in his playlist was a specific song he said that he wanted playing at his funeral. I can't remember what it was called. It was just music with no lyrics and I was wondering if there is any way at all to retrieve his playlists? I know it's not likely. But I just wanted to ask so I know I've tried. Thanks

Do you know your partners username or where you friends on Facebook? 

If the playlist was public you will be able to get it from their public profile.
