Apparently invalid email and user name

Hello,
I use spotify on my laptop and I just downloaded it on my ipod. Problem is I don't remember the password and I can't reset it as it says my username and my email are invalid. Does anyone know what to do?

Have you tried with any other usernames or email addresses you might have? Also, if your account was created using your Facebook credentials, you can try accessing it by clicking on the blue "Log in with Facebook" button.
