Automotic payment order

I have an automatic payment order. And now I have a free gift from vodafone red and still I can see automatic payment in my credit card statement. Pls help me to cancel it. Because it payed 2 months when I have a free gift. (I checked that there is no automotic payment order in my bank)

Hello Busraagul,

I can see that you've successfully activated your Vodafone Free Spotify last November. Your recurring subscription has now been canceled as well. 

If your card is still being charged, please let us know here so we can take a closer look. Would be helpful too if you can send us a copy of the extra charges to speed things up 🙂
