Being charged £29.97 for 3 months instead of £0.99?

I was charged £29.97 yesterday, which is paying £9.99 for 3 months of premium. Recently, i contacted a spotify advisor to help me cancel my premium subscription off another account because I had trouble logging in, to prevent recurring charges to that account that I could not access. The advisor offered to move everything from that account to another one, and I would continue 3 months of premium from there. However, I initially only paid £0.99 for my 3 months because of Spotify's holiday offer. But now everything has been moved to this account and I am continuing my premium subscription from there, spotify has charged me £29.97 for some reason even though I thought I was paying for the holiday offer. I was not warned about this massive charge before. Why is this? Can I cancel this payment in any way?
