Being charged per month

Being charged per month

My card keeps being charged 10$ a month. Checked my account and I have a free account, no premium. Called my bank and they cannot do anything about it besides give me a whole new card. How do I get in contact with someone from Spotify?! Noticed this has been going on for months.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
