Billing Issue

I have not had internet or a phone for several months now. I've been charged every month but I have not been able to use my account. I'm a single mom and I can't afford these charges and I need my money back for more than just this months. I would have gotten a hold of spotlight soon but with no internet or phone it's been challenging.

Without the internet I have also been unable To view the charges on my account until today partly because there is no banking branch for my bank in the state of Michigan. I love my spotlight but I can't use it currently and I just want to be reimbursed
