Bought a 30€ card, not working

Bought a few days ago a 30€ card, says the pin is invalid, I can take a photo of it with a timestamp.
Just erased the pin 'cover', and no one has seen the code before me.......

The card might not have been activated at the shop. Pop back to the place you purchased it from and ask if it could be activated. Then, the PIN should work.
