Does anyone know how best to report bugs to Spotify?  

 

It's nice to have a community board, but it seems a bit rude of Spotify not to provide some way to report genuine bugs.  The user community cannot really be of much help on these.  

 

At the moment I feel as though I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving due to what I presume is a bug and there seems scant support from Spotify themselves.

What bug would you like to report?

 

If you post it here, I can take a look and see if I can reproduce it so that it can be reported.

When my mac goes to screen saver, the fan is running high speed after 2-3 mins. spotify service has taken high CPU resource on some process. No clue bout what it is.

 

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

When I try to choose to have a playlist shuffle songs. It will stay lit green as if it is shuffling for one song. Then it turns the shuffle option off and resumes the playlist in the order the dogs were added.
