Bugged account, can't log in

Well, how can I explain this...
My account name is "x", but I forget it password so I created another one using my facebook and some error occured and for some reason both accounts had the same login "x". I tried everything, even changing the password of one of them but the same bug still goes on.
I can only log in one account with this "x" login because the another one says the password is wrong, even when I changed the passwordof the first one! The accounts log in and then just close itself and the message "Error 3 - Incorret login or password" appears.
I know the password is correct and I can log in for like 3 seconds before it closes itself. Anyone know how I can solve it? I can record a small video if necessary.

That's weird, because Error code 3 is for log in credentials. Since you mention that you were able to log in but after 3 seconds it closes itlself, then the login credentials is working.

 

I'm thinking if it's an app issue, if you're using Spotify App, then can you try to re-install it? Just follow the instructions here https://support.spotify.com/ph/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/reinstallation-of-spotify/

 

Also, it's possible that your Facebook account is connected to your Spotify account that's why they have the same account name. When you log in on the "x" account can you check if you can see your Facebook profile picture and name?

Already tryed to re-install, even tryed on the website and desktop program. Nothing works and when I log with the facebook password the photo appears normally but when I try the password of my premium account it closes itself.
I just want to log-in do cancel my subs and subs on the facebook one.

Since you just want to cancel your subscription but having issues logging into your account, then I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can help you cancel your subscription on their end.

 

You may also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
