Cacelled Spotify subscription, now I can't log in

I cancelled my Spotify subscription a few days before I would've had to pay for the next month. They still took €9,99 from my bank account. I asked for a reversal, and a day ago I got the money, but I can't log in anymore. I haven't used Spotify in between this period. Can anyone help?

What's the error message you are receiving when you try to login? Did you ask for a refund from Spotify or did you dispute a claim through your bank?

If your case is resolved, please click the 'Accept as Solution' button and add your kudos!

It says something like: This account isn't active anymore. I got my refund from the bank, not from Spotify. Maybe they banned my account?
