Can not access my premium

Can not access my premium

Paid my subscription yesterday thru the PlayStation network I received my recpiet but my account won't upgrade to premium Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) Consumer Services says everything is fine on their end @SpotifyCares will not respond what is going can someone please help me this has never happened before

It's odd that you didn't receive a response from @SpotifyCares. They usually reply within 48 hours.
