Card cancelled. Have just renewed but now its not on my phone. Also on the computer the song stops after a few seconds.

You should be able to access your Spotify no matter what plan you’re on. Can you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app following these steps? If that doesn’t work, can you let me know what’s happening when you try to use it on your phone? That way I can see what to suggest.
