Can send but not receive messages/tracks

I'm able to share tracks with my friends however anything they share with me does not show up in my inbox. How can I fix this?

I am having the same issue since July 2016. I can share songs, but my friends do not receive the message, and if they share something with me I do not receive the message. Is there a way to fix this?

I suspect spotify to have deleted the inbox because of the place that it had to take in their servers.

Of course they won't prevent the users...
