Can't Access my Offline Mode on phone

Hello all. I cannot access my offline mode. It says that my license has expired but I checked on my account and I am paid through the end of the month. I contacted Spotify but with no answer. This is really making me mad as I pay for Spotify for the offline mode so I can listen to all my music while driving. I have tried deleteing the app and then installing it again but to no avail. Please can anyone point me to the right direction on how to make offline mode work for me again since my account is still active and paid? Thanks

Crazyozzie0 - Did you leave your app offline for longer than the allotted 30 days of offline use? Have you put your app in 'on-line' mode at all?
