Can't Cancel Spotify Premium

I tried to follow the instructions here: https://support.spotify.com/uk/learn-more/faq/#!/article/How-to-cancel-your-subscription/?in=search

 

It says: "Under Subscription, click Cancel Subscription."

 

Under Subscription there's no 'Cancel Subscription' option.

 

Any ideas?

To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

 

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

 

 

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

Information on how to do this can be found here:

If you still need help,

I suggest you contact support for help:

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

are you serious! so you're telling me you can only cancel the free trial if you have an iPhone? god, darn it. my parents can't afford to pay $12 per month. please help me **bleep**...
