Can't Log In on Android

I know there are other threads on this, but nothing has worked. Signed up for Spotify Premium, downloaded the app on Android, but constantly getting the login name/password are incorrect error. We've changed the passed, uninstalled and re-installed Spotify, restarted the phone - can't get in. Any ideas?

What operating system and Spotify version is this happening on? Also, how long has this been happening?

Try logging into a different device or into your Account Overview using the same login info to see if it works.
