Can't access Hulu with Spotify Hulu bundle

Hey, so I'm having issues trying to activate my Hulu account via Spotify. I have logged on to my Spotify account and it has an option that says "activate Hulu account" I filled out alll the information as needed and it said "there was a problem with verification on your account" I called Hulu support and they said I had to take it up with Spotify but Spotify has a crappy way of helping customers because they do not have a customer support line. Any ideas/solutions on how to solve my problem?
