Can't access my Premium account

Hi! I have an ongoing Spotify Premium suscription but haven't been able to access this in months. Every time I try to log in, a Spotify Free account opens up, using my username, which is apparently linked to my Facebook account. Please help me retrieve my original Premium account so I can go back to maximizing my Premium subscription.

Hey @kaloy_v and welcome to the Spotify community!

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.
