Can't access my premium content

Can't access my premium content

Im a premium subscriber and I logged out and then logged back in but now I'm told I can't access my playlist because its for premium subscribers only. Any suggestions?

Hi Kpip12 - It just seems your Premium payment couldn't go through yesterday. 

 

Please make sure your card meets all of these requirements: http://www.spotify.com/help/faq/payment/#why-is-my-subscription-payment-declined

 

Once you've check that with your bank, give it another go from your subscription page.
