Can't access spotify account using my iphone-help??

I recently joined Premium and used my work laptop to reset my password as I coudn't remember it.  I then downloaded the Spotify app to my phone but when I try to log in I keep getting the error' do not recognise username or password, have you signed up?' If I use the exact same details to log onto spotify account on my mac it works but not for my phone?  Have I done something wrong?

Hey @nbald, welcome to the Community!

Let’s start off with some basic troubleshooting: 

• Make sure you’re on the right login screen:
  o  Since you made your account with a username and password, enter those and tap LOG IN.
  Note: Make sure you’re not entering your email address in the username field. 
• Check that you have an active internet connection.
• Close and reopen the app.
• Restart the device you’re using Spotify on.
• Reinstall Spotify.

Hi, 

I'm also experiencing the same problem on my ipod touch. i can login with my other device or browser. but in my ipod always the same error, cannot recognize username or password. 
I have reset my password a few times. Always the same problem on the ipod but not on other device. I uninstalled and reinstalled many times with no success.
Will be watching this thread closely.
