Can't change account to duo. Payment fails constantly

Can't change account to duo. Payment fails constantly

Have tried all linked options from app. Only recent change was an u expected payment failure. I changed my payment method to Google Pay and accidentally selected Premium instead of Duo. Suffice to say my partner is not happy.

Disappointed that I could only find community assistance and not any formal Spotify Chat or Email

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

You should be able to change plans by heading to your Account page > Manage your plan > Change plan.
