Can't change country

Can't change country

I am writing on behalf of my father, so this doesn't pertain to my account.

 

I followed the steps on country settings to change to my current country. On the fourth step it tells me to change my subscription and to enter payment information from my new country, which I did. According to the help page I should now be prompted to change my country, but it just tells me I entered credit information that doesn't match.

 

I am unable to change my country on the account settings page so that's not really an option either.

Do they have any trouble doing the process using an incognito window? What about using a different device?

 

Let us know if that makes a difference.
