Can't change country

Can't change country

I've moved from Australia to France. My Spotify account is still linked to Australia. I can't change it and I can't update my payment method to a card that isn't australian.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting to France through the dropdown menu here.

 

Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your payment method from France at https://spotify.com/premium

 

Instructions on how to cancel and how that affects your account can be found at https://support.spotify.com/article/cancel-premium/.
