Can't change e-mail address.

Can't change e-mail address.

I have followed the way to change the e-mail address, but when I have tried it, three times it has said "For your protection, we are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again later." Any ideas why?

Thanks for reaching out in the Community.

 

You should be able to change your email from your account page. Could you try it in an incognito window or with another device?

 

In case the issue persists, could you share a screenshot which shows the error message? Just make sure it doesn't show any personal info.

Thanks. I have tried in another browser and in Incognito and with the same result. Please see screenshot off the error below.

Just to confirm, does the same thing happen if you're using another device? For example, if you're currently trying to change the email from your computer, you can give it a shot from a mobile device. 

Also, does a different internet connection make any difference?
