cant log in

My account was logged out and when I tried logging back in no matter what I cant find my account. My account still exists I can visit it when I search for it but I cant log in. I changed my username a few months back and I dont know if maybe thats why? but I've had that account for years and I really dont want to lose it and have to start all over again. is there a way someone that works for spotify can help me get it back? I would add an attatchment but I cant log in. before to log in i would just type in my username but now when i do that it says incorect password or email/username and i know my password is right but im not sure if i can no longer log in because i changed my username a few months back. also i checked all my emails and i dont have any spotify messages which is really weird because i know i used my email to make my account because the username was my email without the @ part of it

now that i think about it, i had been finding random playlists and liked songs that i hadnt done. I think my account got hacked. they probably changed the password and thats why i cant log in. how do i get back a hacked account?
