Can't change mail on account because i log in through facebook

I have a old mail registerd on my profile and I want to change it to the new one i use because i do not have accsess to it anymore due to the fact that it was hacked many years ago. However the problem is that i have forgotten my password on spotify so i log in through facebook. When i try to change my mail i need to authorize it with my spotify password witch i do not have sadly.
