Can't change payment info!

I am trying to change my payment info but I can't find the link in subscription!

Thank you, Tyki, for supplying the answer!  Spotify typically offers a great idiot-proof user experience; pity that the UI to change a simple payment method has to be so obscure.

Got the same problem, no link to change from my expired card to my new card.

Pop over to the 'Edit Profile' page on the Spotify website: www.spotify.com/account/profile/

Just under the Country option there is a link (a slightly hidden link) to update your payment details. Follow this link and you should be able to update your details.

That link does not appear on the page when I look at it in either Chrome or Firefox.

You can find the update payment info link in the "Edit Profile" screen (look for "update your payment details").

By the way, it is completely ridiculous how difficult it is to find a function that exists to serve no purpose other than facilitating people giving Spotify money. The Spotify FAQ on this question is incorrect/out-of-date, and the only way to adjust payment options is essentially buried in a section of the site that doesn't make much sense. I honestly came within a few minutes of giving up and subscribing to Grooveshark until I found this thread. So...I dunno...maybe the good people at Spotify should think about fixing this, eh? 🙂

Can't renew subscription for exactly the same reasons as everyone else - blimey, its a fundamental flaw surely?

So how do I change payment card details as SPOTIFY have requested I do do?

Hello people,

One bright young dude has discovered the way, the light at the end of our frustrated tunnel, to golden key to an eternity of SPOTIFY, even if Spotify doesn't give a s*** and seems unwilling to guide us in this quest....

If you've been severely frustrated by the inept workings of the Spoty interface when it comes to renewing payment then do the following (and big thanks to WinHo who pointed this out):

GOTO > Edit Profile under your user name top right of your screen.

GOTO > Change country > here you will find the immortal link to the change payment - thanks Christ someone knows what they're doing!
