Can't find the "phantom" Premium account for which I am being charged.

Can't find the "phantom" Premium account for which I am being charged.

I am being charged for a premium account that I cannot find.  The only account I have, to my knowledge, is through Facebook. I have only one Facebook account and the Spotify account attached to it is a free one according to my login page. I am lost in the round robin that Spotify calls help. I have done the troubleshooting that is recommended. I have gone to the forgot password form and entered EVERY email address I have (there are only 4), and none are associated with an active Spotify account according to the form.  So why are they charging me and how do I cancel?

It's not cool that this happens. But most likely, you have two accounts. No worries, just get in contact with the support team on Facebook or Twitter at @SpotifyCares or via email here. They should be able to help you with this.
