My Question or Issue

Trying to get family premium. Accidentally set it up on wrong account. Immediately cancelled that subscription and tried to set it up on my account - blocked, system says I have used the three month trial but that is not true as only tried to start today.

 

No problem, will pay full price from today, can't, no option to skip free trial.

 

Search help, best answer is set up another subscription, say premium personal and then change to the family option - blocked, suspect because same credit card. Can't buy premium personal.

 

Don't want to use other payment options.

 

How does my family get to subscribe?

It'd be good for you to wait a few days and try with your credit card again, or try in a private/incognito window, preferably with a computer.
