Can't get the premium

Can't get the premium

Hi! I have family-premium but I am not the person who pays it. Yesterday I logged out in spotify and after that I logged back in and tried to listen to music with premium but it says i have just free spotify. I logged out again and deleted the app but it didn't help. And then i told the person who pays my spotify and she took me out of the family-premium and then she added me back but it didn't work. And then I did a new account and she added me with that account but it still doesn't work.. I can't get my premium back, WHY?

That's odd. Just to check, are you getting any error messages? If so, a screenshot would be super helpful. Also, are you seeing your playlists when you sign in?
