Can't link Facebook to premium account

When I first installed Spotify I did the free account thing using Facebook. After using, testing it out and judging against others, I decided to buy the premium account, but not with Facebook but with a different email address. I have only been using the premium for the last few months. Recently I upgraded it to family account. I have been trying to link my Facebook to this premium account but can't. Now I want to share with my members the playlists but I can't through Facebook because of the inability to link.

How can I link my premium account to Facebook even though my Facebook account is already an activated free Spotify account?

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
