Can't listen to songs from the country I am living in.

I am currently living in Norway, but in order to get spotify premium I must obviously supply a credit card. Since I only have American credit cards I am forced to change the country (To the US, even though I am not living there now). I thought this fantastic since it is 5 dollars cheaper per month in the US, but then I found out that I could not listen to many songs that I have downloaded and want to from Norway. Originally, I tried to put the credit card info in and left it that I was in Norway (because without a credit card it read the country by IP address), but it would just decline the card. Is there some way I can keep my credit card and change the country back to Norway?

PS: I have already figured out how to change the country manually, but it gets more complicated since I want Spotify premium from Norway even though I have a US card; and, no I am not just getting a norwegain card so that I can pay for spotify. It would be a waste of money for me and I am looking for spotify to create a solution for this, if there isn't one already.

Unfortunately this is not possible. Your payment card and your Spotify account location must be from the same country, as stated in the Payment FAQs. This is required as Spotify needs to verify your location using your card details.

FallAllRed - Peter is right. If you'd like to subscribe, you would need to change the country in your account to the US, and pay with your American card.
