Can't log in after I changed my Facebook password as another unknown user was using my account

Hi everyone,

Last night another user was connected from a PS4 using my Spotify Premium account, so as I log in Spotify with Facebook I changed my Facebook password. Today I wake up and I can't log in in my Spotify account, it says that the user name or the password are not the right ones. In addition, my spotify account is linked to Movistar offer. Should I delete my account? How can I link a new account to my movistar plan? HELP!!!
