I've been at this for two days. I'm unable to login and am unable to use my password. I've requested a password reset link at least 5 times but have not received the email. Checked my spam folder, it's not there, either. Can someone help, please.

Hi AW12345 - As your account is linked to Facebook, you'll need to reset your password via the Facebook website.
However, I can see you recently sent in a request to have our account deleted. Would you like to follow through with this?
I subscribed to Premium and it works on my laptop. Now I want to get it on my iPhone and have no idea what my password is! And, my user name is a series of numbers...not something I would have chosen. Can I reset username and password without Facebook? Help! Thanks in advance!

I've tried resetting my password, but without success. I have a facebook account, but it will not take Squzzebox duet. it will have a manual user name and password for a premium user. how do I do that?

You'd need a device password

Me too, I've used the password reset thing a few times and am not receiving any email
I've tried so many times to log in. I keep sending requests to reset the password which is meant to go to my email but nothing arrives. I've completed, twice, your online form and I get a response telling me to go to your Community.
I've spent HOURS of my life adding to my Library and now I'm spending forever trying to get an answer to help me log back in but going round in frustrating circles.
I was hoping to upgrade because of moving overseas but now I don't want to spend money on something's that appears to be unstable and can't get proper responses and can't get my password reset. Seems like I'm not the only one either!

Hi. I changed my Facebook password and it worked. However, the same thing has happened again. I couldn't log on, I deleted Spotify and it's Caches and was able to log on but, as happens often, it says it's Offline (but it's not according to my settings). I do not want to have to keep changing my Facebook password, that I've not changed for years, just to be able to use Spotify for a short time before it happens again. Is this happening to encourage me to pay for a subscription? I'm not going to pay if it is the case that Spotify is unstable. If it's something else, please help me. I'm so frustrated I so often cannot listen to music I have in my Library. I was hoping to enjoy not get fed up!

I have also forgotten my password and haven't recieved the email despite trying several times. I have logged out on my iphone but am still logged in on my Mac. I have a Premium account and don't use Facebook to login (I used to but have deleted my account) If you could help that would be great. Thanks!

anniemcfannie - First, I can assure you this has nothing to do with your subscription. Just a bit of log in trouble.
Have you tried logging in via the Facebook website? Just log in and head to the 'Music' tab. From there play any track and Spotify will launch.
