Can't log in, because of forgotten password and wrong email

Can't log in, because of forgotten password and wrong email

I'm stuck in a bad loop, and hope someone can help.
For some reason my password, that I've always had, isn't working anymore. The e-mail that's registered is an old one that I can't access anymore. See my problem? I need to change the e-mail address so that I can reset my password, but to change the e-mail I need my password.
How do I do this?

Hi @Becs0278 thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

 

If you remember the email address would you be able to try the username part of it for login to see if that works? For example, Bearfootrecords@gmail.com would become Bearfootrecords. If you can't recall the email at all and are really stuck I'd suggest reaching out to Spotify Care through this anonymous contact form (it won't need any user ID), their facebook or twitter.
