Can't log in on iPad

Can't log in on iPad

I have a premium account, 3 devices, can't log in on my iPad, user name and password are correct. I am in China atm but I use VPN to change countries so even if I am 'in' the correct country I cannot log in, it says, incorrect password or user name but that is not possible, I am logged in on my iphone/mac book and no problem... what to do???

Hey @jiitule,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, be sure to use that username, instead of anything else, to login to your account in your device.

 As I said i have the correct usename and password, i am able to log in in the browser but not in the application on my ipad! Please help!
