Can't log in/reset password

I was logged out on my computer and phone, whenever i try to log in it says username/pw is wrong. I hit reset password but nothing happens when i hit send on the confirmation. When i go to my account page on the website it says ":site cannot be reached"

Can you try using a different web browser to see if you still have the same problem?
