Work email???

I have recieved an email to my WORK email account from you without signing up. When I click the link to view my account it takes me to my home account with my HOME email address. Please could someone tell me how this has happened as I have never given out my work email. Not impressed at all.

If you are sure you have not entered your work email anywhere on Spotify,

You contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
